Can i get a mortgage?

im self employed (limited company)
my income is £65000 p/a (salary and dividends)
i have 1 year income accounts with a certified Accountant
i have a £70,000 deposit
and i looking to borrow around £180,000
property value around £250,000
my credit history is good apart from 2 defaults below
Virgin Media
Default date: 14/05/2011
Default balance: £181.00
Paid Up To date on (03/03/2014)
Lowel Porfolio
Default date: 22/01/2013
Default balance: £2,130.00
Paid up to date on (04/02/2015)
ive been told my pro's are
*My deposit is high
*My income is high
*My LTV is good
My bad points are
*Only 1 years accounts
*Although my 2 defaults are from many years ago they were only paid upto date in the last year
could you please advice me on if it is possible to get a mortgage or maybe the option to borrow a little less than the above

2 years to repay a debt and 5 weeks later you wish to apply for a mortgage. Doesn't look good when looking from a lenders perspective. Which is what counts.0 -
ye i get what your saying but for 8 months that account above was locked due to a system error but yes still took over a year to settle0
