Any capital you pay off now you get back when you sell.

Maybe an incentive to sell quickly.

Why this urgency to reduce payments on a property you are selling - are you selling because you are struggling to make the payments?

Not at all struggling we now have a 12 month old daughter just want a larger house tbh. I bought the house on my own 4 years ago then I met my gf and had mia. We made decision to put house on market I was just researching my options.
