Don't be ridiculous, it doesn't mean that at all, everyone else knows what a week in hand means and you trying to push some alternative explanation is just making you look silly. It's nothing to do with leaving the job. See the definition in post #6 if you really don't understand.0 -
Anyone working in the construction industry works a week in hand, that's what it's know and accepted as, regardless of what is written in an advice guide.0
