I just write down the site and in the cell next to it the amount I have on it. In the next cell you can then write the amount you have withdrawn.
If you don't want to keep (just) a running total then you could create a spreadsheet for each site and write down the amounts in each cell (either as the new total or the amount made).
E.g.
Total:
£5
£10
£20
or
Amount made:
£5
£5
£10
(You could do a sum at the end of the column to add up the total)
Or do both, so the first column is the new total and the second column is the amount made.
So,
Total: Amount made:
£5.......£5
£10.....£5
£20.....£100 -
Just a simple excel as above - just the name of the panel, amount and date works for me.ally.0

I just use Office Org to keep a note of incomings and outgoings and it works wellLao Tzu - "Give a man a fish and feed him for a day, teach a man to fish and feed him for a lifetime"

I use Google Drive to store excel spreadsheets, I have to keep them because of being self-employed, you should be doing that too if you're earning online. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0

I use Excel, too - one column for Amazon vouchers, one for cash, one for John Lewis vouchers and one for product tests. I record the amount and the name of the panel as well as the date received.
Separately, I then add up the amounts for each as well as the total.
I only do this for surveys, cashback sites and apps like Shopitize.0
