Had an email from Tesco loop thingie.

They want the loop returned I had lobbed it in the bin so had to go and find it.

It was in a bag with carrot and potato peel  so I have had to clean it Luckily I still had packaging so it wrapped back up now.

I emailed them asking how to send it back not ringing ;)

i think I might just leave mine on the meter and not take any notice of it....I certainly dont have the packaging any more and probably wouldnt want to send it back to them at my expense.
It probably ranks as one of the worst trials ive ever had...the idea and the concept of it are good but when it wouldnt communicate through the front wall of the house I sort of lost interest in it...
...and a bit like you tweets I found that the so called cheaper tarrif they kept recomending were not actually as good as my present deal when all things were considered.
Glad to be shot of this one....

I agree worst trial ever but they are paying to send it back so email says. Hope they send a voucher for sending it back. The cheaper tariff was dearer than both my electric and gas added together useless

I have none of the packaging left. I can't believe they want it back - it's been in the spider cupboard for weeks, can hardly resell.
