Yes thanks bubbs. Been to docs as having dizzy spells, or rather the feeling that gravity has changed so when I sit my body thinks I should be on my side, a very odd feeling I can tell you!!! Anyway, it's as I expected an inner ear problem so got some anti-nausea tablets and go back if still a problem in a couple of weeks. How's you hun? I know you had your back problems, and a cough I think

I've been doing a dog transport run today, a delightful little old terrier Bertie, picked up as a stray but now at a rescue kennel in Brentwood looking for a new home. He was gorgeous and I could very easily took him home!! A bit like a miniature border terrier in coat and colour, but Jack Russell shape

Hope you are soon better :D
Yes my back was really bad, but its on the mend now think we are finally turning the corner :T:T
No no cough since i stopped the fags:D 9 weeks today:T:T
Hope Bertie soon gets a new home:D

I haven't found much discussion on the 3 for £5 cereals today - has no one tried them today on the various options please? Multi seems to be off on MSM and hopefully the £2 prices for T etc have now fed through properly?

    Many thanks

  • Another rice result from earlier. These are fabulous for those doing Slimming World as most of them are extremely low in sat fat..:D

I tried a sundried tomato one earlier and it was very yummy indeed. A 32p lunch every day for the next 200ish days is just what the doctor ordered..;)
