How are the Elite swimmers getting on?
I think I might go to a lido or two in the summer. Never been before but this exercise lark is paying off so I think I might one day feel confident enough.
Bit embarassing to admit but as I was skipping last night, my *cough* underpants started falling down (they've always been loose but comfy) and I had to pinch my legs together to hold them up. I looked like a right twonk, trying to skip, red in face, pants falling down
So glad I exercise at home!
But on the plus side, I'll have to go shopping for some new kecks

Have they changed the forum rules regarding this then?

I wasn't aware that it was in breach - to link to another part of this very same thread itself. Especially when the link might help people find something more easily and may save money. However, nonetheless.
I think your post contains a quotation of the OP's that itself includes the same links, so can you delete the quote? And the OP delete their post itself that includes it. Many thanks.
Otherwise, strange if something can be included on the thread in the body of a post but, apparently, isn't allowed in a signature:huh:.
I note that I myself had quoted the OP as I was totally unaware that it was any issue. However, I can assure you that my post has now been removed, by myself, but I wonder whether that was missed by the forum team?0 -
