Trip to the charity shop for me today. Have decided realistically I am never going to get back into my size 8/10 clothes. :(

Found it hard to sort through memories of festival skirts and slinky night out numbers. :o

Some of it still smelt of my mums house as I had stored it in my old room there. :(

    Telling myself must move on.....

This is a very brave thing to do - I couldn't

I reckon about 90% of my wardrobe is unwearable now - wretched wretched hormones
And I can only wear flats or kitten heels so that's about 80 pairs of shoes I can't wear
But I am very sentimentally attached to my clothes
For instance I have a purple lace skirt I wore for Christmas 1992 - I went straight back into a size 12 skirt a week after eldest son was born

And lace things are back in fashion

 Saving money doesn't always make us happy . I should never have gone back for that girl to cut mine a third time :(

Couldn't agree more! When it comes to haircuts and beauty treatments, I'm never MSE. These things are a treat, so I treat myself. I get a good deal on my false nails but that's about it.

Gooooood morning. The sun has got his hat on here. Sort of, it's half on half off so he looks a bit 'street' :)
