About 20 years ago I used to make an attempt at having long hair, it took me about half an hour to persuade it to do anything other than just stick out! I went under an archway once that had a bees nest in it and a bee flew into my hair, no-one would believe me but I could hear this buzzing, a few minutes later they all watched this very flustered bee fly out of my hair, it hadn't even managed to find my scalp to sting me, that is how thick my hair is :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
 Poor bee. It wouldn't sting you unless it had a death wish.
Don't know what's worse your thick hair or mine.
My hair is opposite to yours its thin , dead straight and I also have tried to grow it on numerous occasions but it gets so long then looks like rats tails and wont grow any longer :rotfl::rotfl:
I amat whoever is cutting my hair this afternoon when they see it first time

Good morning David:Athat style was very fashionable at one time and called a purdy after the girl in the Avengers and my DDLala had that very fashionable style at the age of 13 years old;)
I had a Purdy too, and it looked fantastic! The only problem was that to achieve it I had to have it chemically straightened, and it lasted precisely until the next time I washed it, cost me a fortune too :eek:What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0 -

tweets you just reminded me of the most bizarre haircut I had - it was when I was in Cardiff and there was this place advertising cheap haircuts for students
I knew things weren't quite right when the hairbrushes still had other people's hair in it :rotfl: I only wanted a trim, but this chap insisted on using hair straighteners on my hair (with no heat protection spray), grabbing whole handfuls of my hair to do it. After he cut it, he made me stand up and bend over in front of a mirror with my head upside down to dry it. Oh my goodness I was in shock walking out of there :rotfl:
 Saving money doesn't always make us happy . I should never have gone back for that girl to cut mine a third time0 -

Let's face it, it is very rare for anyone to be happy with their hair :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Always remember my DD had very straight hair, when she was about 7 I used to have to wash it and plait it overnight so it would have a wave in it in the morning. Can't quite place when but it acquired a curl along the way and in her late teens she was desperate for a decent pair of straighteners :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0
