That's simply down to the person doing the invoice not doing it correctly and not following....

If a substituted item is more expensive than the one you've you've ordered, we will only charge you the price of the ordered item.....

Which you could easily point out to them at time of delivery/collection. This seems to be something specific to certian stores rather than across the board.

a question re Nectar double up.

we have to buy a kettle this afternoon, we suspect the current one is dripping and it was this that caused the outage this morning.

so the one I fancy, well I looked at the website and its just kettles, nothing fancy about any of them that makes them stand out, but the least worst is the black illuminated one for £9.99 so it looks like I might have to buy something to get my electrics spend over a tenner - any ideas what is the smallest thing sainsbbobs sells in the electric department?
