We've been together nearly 10 years, he is a fair bit older than me though. DD doesn't get left with anyone else as we don't have anyone. I've just been going out with the girls from work and he's been at home with DD But it's the same for me when he goes out. Which he's done on a far more regular basis than me. Up until the last few months I could count on one hand the amount of times I'd been out in the last 4 years.

He's walked out in a huff tonight. I have no idea where he's gone and his phone is switched off.

It sounds like you need a regular date night - ask the girls from work if they know of a good babysitter - even if its just an hour - away from home and work etc.
Its is very hard to get alone time with your OH - our three were so horrible no one would babysit :)
When they were in their teens we had to be inventive our 'date night' was 2 hours on a Sunday morning while the kids were at squash, mostly it was sorting out the weeks timetable but at least we were talking and it was child free time.
Later when we had just 2 at home one was doing a Saturday job and the other did Badminton in the afternoon so our date night was 2 hours on a Saturday.

    Good morning all

LFAB I know you are at work now but ((HUGS))

You got some great advice on here last night I am sure your relationship can be mended if you both want to but men( well my DH never discusses anything) so it may just be a compromise as your starting point.

I have some babysitting and visiting duties today DS is thinking of moving and he needs help from is old dad again to put up new fencing 5 out of his 6 house have needed fencing and decking:eek:
He has however learned to paint and do minor repairs :T

    Enjoy your day

  • Morning All,

    2 great emails this morning.

1 - £10 free to spend on eBay when I spend £20. This is from an old account I've never used by the looks of things, I know your allowed more than one eBay account (I think the max is 5) maybe worth opening one and waiting a month or so if you're a big eBay shopper.

2 - Free £5 on Amazon if I buy a £20 gift card (For myself obviously) with the long expery date on Amazon GC there's always something I'll want to purchase, and it's nice having that credit there to make it a NSD where possible when I do. This came from an Amazon Student promotional eMail so unsure if its an account specific promotion but certainly one worth looking out for.

    Have a great Sunday :j
