Sada customer service staff are without a doubt the biggest bunch of morons I've ever had the misfortune to have to talk to...I had a c&c for this morning when I went to collect no udis..although i had ordered 10 and allowed subs they offered 1 box of some poop ive never heard of so i refused it..The man was nice enough about it then I pointed out the total cost of the order £41 was *on hold* in my bank.he said oh dont worry the other 30 odd quid will be released to your bank in about 10 days but if i were you id phone customer services....omg i think theyre all in south africa by their accents first woman said theres nothing she can do because i rrefused an item and will have to wait 14 days for the £30...I said thats ridiculous...she hung up....rang again in a cpl of hours was told If i have a fax machine they can refund me in 24 hours.......seriously !!!!!!.....30 mins ago I get a call from them saying sorry youve been given the wrong information if you can call on monday with your banks transaction code (aparantly i ask bank for this) and the banks fax number sada will refund me within 48 hours...I pointed out that my order today was not showing on the apg page he said because you cancelled 1 item it can take up to 72 hours....Unbelievable :(

I rang my bank about this as the correct amounts came out on Monday and the original amounts were still on hold.
They said Asda are known to them for doing this and they released the money immediately ,better than ringing Asda and getting nowhere.

If anyone was wondering where I've been for a few days RL took over again so I didn't realise the Carex glitch had continued  My boss was a total b***h to me on Wedneday when she knew I had my autism assessment the following day. I couldn't print off my list of what to tell the assessor because my ink ran out so I forgot a lot of the important things. It was a list of my traits I have that particularly cause problems in my life. I think it still went ok though but was hoping to get my diagnosis then because that's what the GP thought would happen, however I have to have a second assessment and they cannot be more specific than it will maybe be in a couple of months. So now I have to wait for them to send me an appointment and I hate waiting for things when I don't know how long I have to wait

I also decided that I cannot go back to that job so I went for an interview for a cleaning job which I got instantly, also the lady who owns the company was really nice and said she wanted me to do admin work As well as cleaning. I felt comfortable enough with her to tell her I'm being assessed for Aspergers and she said that won't stop her employing me :) OH wasn't happy because it's not guaranteed hours and we're on a tight budget but he's come round to the idea a bit more now. I just hope it works out ok. I still have to tell my old job I'm not going back though which is a worry so I'll be relieved once that's sorted.

Hopefully this new job will give me the time I need to keep up with glitching as it was causing me a lot of frustration not be able to check glitches thoroughly on Wednesdays :)

Congratulations on the job front. It's not healthy to stay in a job that you hate, even if money is a bit tighter as a result :)
