If anyone was wondering where I've been for a few days RL took over again so I didn't realise the Carex glitch had continued  My boss was a total b***h to me on Wedneday when she knew I had my autism assessment the following day. I couldn't print off my list of what to tell the assessor because my ink ran out so I forgot a lot of the important things. It was a list of my traits I have that particularly cause problems in my life. I think it still went ok though but was hoping to get my diagnosis then because that's what the GP thought would happen, however I have to have a second assessment and they cannot be more specific than it will maybe be in a couple of months. So now I have to wait for them to send me an appointment and I hate waiting for things when I don't know how long I have to wait

I also decided that I cannot go back to that job so I went for an interview for a cleaning job which I got instantly, also the lady who owns the company was really nice and said she wanted me to do admin work As well as cleaning. I felt comfortable enough with her to tell her I'm being assessed for Aspergers and she said that won't stop her employing me :) OH wasn't happy because it's not guaranteed hours and we're on a tight budget but he's come round to the idea a bit more now. I just hope it works out ok. I still have to tell my old job I'm not going back though which is a worry so I'll be relieved once that's sorted.

Hopefully this new job will give me the time I need to keep up with glitching as it was causing me a lot of frustration not be able to check glitches thoroughly on Wednesdays :)

Congrats on the new job Evangeline :T Well done taking such a big and positive step toward a less stressful life :)

My ds had his autism assessment a couple of weeks ago, we were led to believe a diagnosis was very close so I was hopeful of coming out with more definite news. At the end we were told to await an ep visit to school followed by yet another appointment who knows when :( He's only 6 so a little different for you I know but so frustrating. They have said that they are leaning towards a diagnosis of higher functioning aspergers but we need to know so he can get the support he needs at school.

Got to sit tight and wait on them, we can sit in the virtual waiting room together :o

just been to Aldi - its very nice to just go somewhere and shop and not worry about mys, price differences, MOCs, conditional spends, glitches etc

They had quite a bit of Christmas stock reduced so its worth having a rummage - things like Nordic Christmas slipper socks that must have been mens for £1.99, little salt and pepper sets in various designs for 99p - another good one for Christmas stockings, also the multi way hoody things I got youngest son for Christmas was half price ....

several varieties of cheddar and English cheese and speciality cheese in the cheese fridge under the £5 per kilo magic baseline figure.

They had 2 versions of sausages but the slightly dearer ones were 99p a pack and 77% pork - I prefer them to be at least 80% but that's good enough for 99p

also the aldi version own brand mini magnums 12 for £1.99 - very useful for calorie counters.

They also had little plant boxes, mostly dead which was a pity - boxes of 6 fushias and petunias - no price on them - have to try our other local Aldi to see if I can find some live ones

I use the baby bath and shampoos, the Tesco own versions that were on offer for ages and I keep the hand washes topped up with these - my theory is that if the hand wash bottle is always full then the hand washers will be more keen to use them :D

She is so lovely, I adore new babies, especially the smell of them! Never mind paw sniffers, I think I might start a baby sniffing circle.
My baby is now 36, so no longer sniffable!! :rotfl::rotfl:

:rotfl: definitely not the same smell at 36 :rotfl:
