  • Morning guys, had a quick catch up, but desperately need to go shopping (Sada) as have no milk for a cuppa :( Is there anything that will DEFFO work that is worthwhile popping in my basket for a Sada v Tosco shop?

It`s nice to be important, but its more important to be nice.
The world is full of people throwing stones at us. Its what you do with them that counts. Build a wall or build a bridge.

Sorry Classy, I'm afraid I really don't know what is going on today yet. I have been F5ing msm for the last couple of hours and there are still only 766 multis on for me when there are normally over 5000.

There are no multis on coke, fanta, pepsi, super noodles and many, many other items. It is nearly 11am and I have no idea when it is going to be safe to try anything.

Maybe today might turn out to be the glitchiest day ever..:D

    Good morning.

I'm having a cortisone injection in my shoulder today, :j which hopefully gives some relief from the frozen shoulder I have.

Have a lovely day all. :)

Good luck with your cortisone spring, I've had a few in my shoulder.

Not seen them mentioned for a few days but are the mullers still working? TIA

    Have a good day all.

Good luck, I had a frozen shoulder end of last month the gave me a General anaesthetic and pull it around, since then I've done physio twice weekly and got sheets of exercises, and I feel so much better, I hope yours is a success too.

    It makes such a difference
