4 cherry ones would be £4 asda would see £7.60 against tescos £3 so £4.60 back plus 10%

My sis in law partner gets bread, flour, some sort of sweet & savoury stuff, can't remember what else.
You have to be pretty ill to get them, don't think IBS is enough (not that that is ill, just not enough for NHS purpose).
Maybe it depends on your own GP budget?
