  • OH keeps going on that all the glitchy crisps and chocs I buy are making him fatter and that if he doesn't lose weight he'll die, but then every day he asks what's for pudding and is annoyed if there's no cake. He also insists he needs a bag of crisps with his evening cuppa. Now he's decided to make a start on the Easter eggs I bought today :eek: How he expects to ever lose weight is beyond me :huh:
    He does sort of have a point though.. We never used to have biscuits much, but when Morrison were giving them away free..suddenly the biscuit tin is constantly refilled. And then there is all that 1p chocolate we seem to find a couple of times a year. We now have a chocolate or two every evening, when it used to be a rare and special treat. It is lovely to be able to give boxes of chocs to friends, and raffles etc, but it is a bit of a false economy to buy all this cheap sugary fattening food, eat too much of it (as it is so available and cheap!) and then end up dieting because we are getting too fat. Oh well, 5:2 diet here we go again :-)
    I am not young enough to know everything.
  • The thing is now they will be around lots more cos the makers will think they are really popular so they will up production, then there will be loads rtc when the prices change.

    hello - it is an absolute rip off! The tiara is a cut out and keep - basically it's printed on the box and you only get 187g of chocolate - which is split between an egg and a bar! I got for my niece and intended to add another one to my order for tomorrow for my other niece - but I don't think I will bother!!! I am pretty sure Home Bargains had some frozen branded chocolate at a fraction of price - luckily I paid in evouchers otherwise it would have been going back x

    :eek::eek::eek:

    Thanks for answering! I'd rather buy some [STRIKE]cheap plastic tat[/STRIKE] delightfully tasteful, play jewellery set and some decent choccy. I'm sure my niece would prefer it.:D

    It's only a game

    Or be like me. I don't eat chocolate, biscuits or crisps, even though I have a few. :o

  • If these udis are as bad as pop tarts , they will not need a use by date, cos they dont seem to go off.they will be like plastic carrier bags and never decay:rotfl:
