    I wonder if they will do lambing live this year - we got obsessed with it :)

    Schmelburg? Thank god no. Just sheep have no instinct to stay alive and you are just in a constant battle with them to stop them dying.

    Loving all the birth stories, and how so many are similar.
    My mum had a problem with my brother, who was also born at home, he was born with his hand on his head and shoulder stuck.
    I think that her experience and the good outcome spurred me on to have home births.
    My daughter is now contemplating a home birth, anyone who has had one knows there is only one thing you need to provide.......a large ice cream or tuppaware type lidded tub, yuk :rotfl:
