Thanx hun
You just made me think, who's gonna be first to ask for a recipe they could use Udis in :rotfl:
Approx. ¹/² pint of milk with 1 whole egg (not shell obviously!) and 2egg yolks whisked into it with a little lemon rind, maybe a little almond extract and a tablespoon of sugar.
Place about 6 (or so!) roughly torn up Udis in a buttered deep-sided ovenproof dish about 9inch diameter. Pour eggy mixture over and leave to soak in for about an hour, pushing the Udis down again if they float too much. They need to soak up most of the liquid, but still be really wet.
Heat oven to about 140•
After 1hour whisk the 2egg whites with 2 or 3 tablespoons of sugar until stiff, and put on top of egg-soaked Udis.
Lightly sprinkle with flaked almonds if liked, and bake for about 40 minutes.
Note this is as yet untried, hence the vague quantities, but I may well try this tomorrow!I am not young enough to know everything.0 -

What I don't understand every time this vote versus views has come up that L'Oreal have not figured out to respond that if the video is watched through the contest link it does not register as a youtube view.
I tried it out on another competitor as could not understand why DD's did not go up when I watched people watching it. Seems it only registers as a view if you watch through their youtube account.
Doesn't look good for anyone who has less votes that views. And that is besides the fact if you are a new youtube user you vids can get stuck on 301+ and when they unblock you it only starts counting from there up.
Sorry as you can see it is still getting to me.When The Fun Stops Stop0 -

It wouldnt work for every family, I am at home as I refuse to leave ds2 in childcare as not everyone can handle him easily, he is easy to handle if you know him well. This means that I will be home for at least another 5 years and maybe longer depending on how things go with him, fits in well to get dd2 through her GCSEs. I found that her social interactions while she was at school were going downhill as she was losing confidence in herself and her self esteem was heading rapidly downwards too. As her confidence is growing I can see her developing a much more relaxed persona, she used to stiffen up and back away from people but she has got a lot better since being out of school. We have met up with a couple of other home ed families, one has never sent their child to school - she is the same age as ours but sooo confident, it's lovely to see
Another is in a similar situation to ours - their daughter is very shy and felt like an outcast but she is happier since starting home ed. DD2 gets on wit both girls really well. I know it's not for everyone, ds2 is staying in school while I can see he is happy and thriving but wouldn't hesitate to pull him out if I felt the need.
