Unfortunately, I'm now terrible with numbers, must be something to do with no longer really doing any Maths, but still hopeful I can manage to make something from interest.
I wouldn't worry, I'm far better at maths now than when I was in formal education. Like anything else, if you can make use of a skill, you'll make time for it.Can't be long now before your little one arrives.

Sunday 26th April, 2015.
Dear Diary,
I've managed to have a great day today but come tomorrow evening, everything is back to reality with only 3 days to turn the abysmal savings total for the month around.
This isn't related to money but will likely amuse some of you on here, my son decided it was the time to ask where babies come from right in the middle of a cafe (and my parents). I ended up telling him (despite not exactly being religious) that sometimes God blesses a man and woman who are married to each other and pray for a child with a baby. He then asks why ***** (child from nursery) only has a mummy. My parents thought it rather funny when I responded with "I don't know then, you'll have to ask your mother".
Yours Faithfully,

Just be glad you're not particularly religious, Jesus being conceived through the power of the Holy Spirit confused the heck out of me!0

I had to get the doctor to try to convince DS that he came from my tummy 'cos girls come from mummy's tummy and boys come from daddy's tummy' :rotfl:.A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effortMortgage Balance = £0

Yes, I've got about 20. About 10 are worth less than £50 each and in total there's only about £5,000 worth left now, though.
Not really sure why so many on here are obsessed with the pens??
I think because most people view pens as a disposable item. I don't think I'll spend even £100 in my lifetime on all the pens I'll ever use, let alone ten times that on one pen. Different strokes and all that0 -

I'd go so far as to say that pens are rapidly becoming anachronistic. I use them to take notes and write cheques. I have biros that I got in my teenage years that still work, it's not something that most people need to buy. I wonder whether today's teens are more likely to own a tablet stylus than a pen? I have a hunch that, like email, it's a 'technology' that means nothing to them.
I bet that they no longer teach handwriting!0 -

:rotfl: I attended two strict Anglican schools but my parents are agnostic at best so I spent all the time in chapel sniggering at the back. However, it must have had some kind of impact as I have been known to pray in times of need.:T Right answer :T.

 :rotfl: Not had any "tummy conversations" yet, thankfully.
