Missing Documents

im hoping someone can re-direct me to the correct board if this is not the right place to post
I put my house in trust to my children around ten years ago but have misplaced all the documents relating to this
Im pretty sure it was arranged via tesco finance but have no idea how to start replacing the documents - any suggestions/advice would be very welcome!!
