Nationwide mortgage advance error?

Posts: 227 Forumite
I recently completed on my first property purchase.
The property purchase, less my deposit, was £134,950.
This mortgage was taken out with Nationwide.
On my mortgage account viewed online, I see the following:
Advances = £134,925.00
Fees and Charges = £25.00
Is this corrrect?
Presumably the £25.00 'Fees and Charges' is for the transfer of funds to my solictor? however shouldn't this has been included on top of the mortgage advance? (i.e. giving £134,975.00?)
Thanks
