Actually that not true in the slightest. Not if you are on CSA1 at least. Its near impossible to figure out if they have got the calculations correct in the first place so unless your IQ is frankly phenomenal and you know some very personal financial info about your ex, his current partner, any children they may have etc, the PWC isnt going to have the faintest idea how much the they earn.
Regardless of if the law says they can do it or not its not right and probably could be challenged in the courts if someone had the balls to do it. What i earn is a personal matter. Its between me, my accountant and the tax man. Even my wife doesnt know exactly what i earn so there is no ****ing way my ex and her partner have any right to know at all,0 -

I am on CSA1 and my ex partners salary is there in black and white (along with mine) on the calculation so unless you're blind or unable to read, its not exactly hard!0 -

the response was for the statement that you could easily work out the salary WITHOUT having it there in black and white. Keep up.0 -
CSA 1 more complicated but the post is later schemes which are dead easy to work out with no salary details so maybe you should keep up and instead of offering 'advice' on a scheme that does not affect the OP, offer advice on what will affect him?
Sounds like you just want a rant about CSA1 with nothing constructive to say.0
