What does their refund procedure say about refunds?
Does it say phone or write or email??
You need to follow the procedure accurately to get anything back.

As per the advice in posts #2 & #3 you need to follow their refunds policy exactly and you should eventually get a refund, probably less £5 admin fee.

Looking at the bigger picture, don't ever give out your card details to random companies who cold call you.

Looking at an even bigger picture, it might be worth looking at how your finances have got in such a state that you even need to consider short term loans to pay your bills. Post an SOA on the DFW board and you will get friendly advice about how to manage your finances more efficiently.

You are not a victim of fraud when you willingly throw out all your bank details agreeing to everything they say.
If they say they have a loan approved and just need a fee to release it (and they don't), that is fraud.
Changing the world, one sarcastic comment at a time.

No decent company demands a fee to release a loan you really should read all terms and conditions before agreeing to give your bank details out...

Its no scam when you willingly gave over your details, you don't get money on the promise of paying £60/£70/£90, loans just don't work like that. If any oan wouldbe forthcoming I bet it would be a really high apr.
