Vodafone late payment - mortgage impact?

I currently have a mortgage with skipton with 1 year left of a fixed rate deal.
Property LTV - 60%
No affordability issues
4 credit cards, no late payments in 2 years
£4000 cc debt on 0% although I have enough in savings to pay this off before remortgage
But
I have 1 default from the Open University - £1300 September 2013, satisfied.
A fair few late payments 2-3 years ago.
1 late payment with vodafone registered in December 2014
I'm currently in dispute with vodafone because of problems with my Direct Debit and they marked my credit history with a late payment. I have 3 weeks until I can take my complaint to the ombusdman.
I believe I've got a strong case against vodafone, but if I'm unsuccessful, is it likely to impact on my ability to get a remortgage?

To be honest a lot of lenders have taken into consideration what are becoming 'common' defaults such as mobile phone contracts as of late. You're best approaching a broker but I know of a couple of lenders that would consider dismissing them and then taking a view on your Open University late payments.
Wouldn't say it's the end of the world and should be a place, especially at the given loan to value - but you might struggle finding it without a broker.0 -
