TILL SPITS:

Can anyone tell me ....Is there a reason, pattern etc for getting a till spit and are they connected to what you generally buy??

I used to get approx one a year and lately Ive been getting about 2 every week! Today I got one for 250 points with £10 spend on kids clothing and 300 points with £20 dvd spend. Last week it was points on weetabix and lunchables. 2 out of these 4 things I have bought recently so was just wondering?? Thanks in advance.

As a rule they're once a fortnight on a monday, although I hadnt had any for a few months but got 2 yesterday. I usually get them for a different make of product as to what I've bought, ie if I'd bought shredded wheat for a month they'd give me a spit for weetabix to entice me to buy a different brand. I too got a clothing spit yesterday. handy cos you dont have to buy clothing, just meet the total spend in groceries and it'll work!

Really !! I didnt know that :j ..... thats better still as I have just bought clothing and didnt really want any more kids stuff at the min.
What about the other till spits do they have to be product specific, Im sure Ive tried them on things I havent bought and they didnt work. I dont want to spend £20 on DVDs but would like the 300 points, would this one work like the clothing one do you think as it is so many points off total spend??
I got these today so must be different days here, infact think I got one yesterday too and def got one on Saturday.

None of the other spits work on other stuff, you might find the odd one might, say, fairy fab conditioner might work on other conditioners but generally its just the clothing ones.

Dont be surprised if they dont hit the stores....IMHO, these were brought out to bring non Tesco shoppers into Tesco, so should have gone out with local free papers...and not to be picked up by customers already IN Tescos.

I'LL BE ON THE LOOKOUT FOR OTHER COUPONS TODAY....

Does anyone know what papers they will be put in. Will it be like my local echo or will it be the big papers i.e. mirror, sun.

I was told by some peeps round here they came free with the local free newpaper. ( I didn't get any with mine, but each round has a different delivery person. probably kept em all on mine lol. Dunno if it'll be the same everywhere but that's the general feeling

We dont have a local free paper around here and there's none in either of my local stores this morning. They did have a full box of mums choice booklets though.
