woooaahhh ive been out of the loop for so long now im not sure i can get back into it! Will go on a h&b hunt this week and see what i can do - im trying to cut back on so much stuff ive only been getting the basics and no need for toiletries but all this talk of the garlic tablets is starting to get to me! :rotfl:

Hello H&B Posse ...

Just wandered over from the Magazine thread ... (whistling) ... We never get any of these at our Tescolditz ... except the Quit packs ... and some kind folks sent me some last year ... and although I am not running out of shampoo and Plax ... (may still have enough until 2009) ... My geriatric dogs are running short of cod liver oil and the toothpaste mountain has disappeared! ...

Could anybody kindly out there spare a few please? ... I could likely rustle up a few swaps

Finally, today, I managed to find a H&B leaflet. We actually need some bath stuff, as we had actually run out. How, I don't know. Considering, the men have enough deodorant to last at least another six months, and dd has enough sunsilk to keep her going for six months and beyond.

Anyway, I picked up 4 of the £1.98 Radox bath stuff (this was all that was left) and 4 of the £1.58 Radox bath stuff. Paid £14.64 and £6.64 got taken off, plus my £2.50 voucher, so 8 bottles for £8. Except, I don't know how the girl managed it, but she charged me 4 @ £1.98, 1 @ £1.58, 2 @ £1.58 and then one again @ £1.98, in that order. I went to CS. She was lovely and knows me well. I said I know it is only 40p, but it is better in my pocket than Tescos. She said, no, you are getting back £3.96, dtd, as we overcharged you £1.98. So, 8 bottles of Radox for £4 - not bad.

Do they ever have the H&B vouchers in the tesco metro stores please ?

Never seen any in a Metro store - they are mainly in stores which have a Pharmacy counter.
