    Hi,

First time reader/poster on this thread and absolutely fascinated :D Looking into Tesco R&R's been on my to-do list for ages as I'd heard of it but never knew what it was and am still none the wiser :rotfl: I obviously haven't read all 154 pages so please excuse me if the questions below have already been answered ...

Is the first post still being updated? - just answered this question myself by looking at when the first post was last edited (duh!) and it was last year

What's R&R and why can't it be done anymore?

    Thanks x

R&R (refund and replacement) If Tesco overcharged on any item you were entitled to R&R. They no longer do this and instead they offer DTD (double the difference) for example if you bought something for £8 but got charged £10 that is an overcharge of £2 x double = £4 back. Sometimes this can work out almost the same as R&R depending on the product. You don't point out any mistake at the till - you just take your receipt to customer service.

    I hope this helps.

Apologies if this has been asked before but I couldn't find it. What is everyone doing with their mountain of garlic capsules they have been buying for the points?

Question Re: H&B 50 point on medicines.

Anyone know what the cheapest 'medicine' this voucher will work on?

I tried today with just cheap paracetamol, and it said I hadn't spent enough.

I'm assuming you mean the 50 points on pharmacy medicines voucher ?

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but this one will only scan at the pharmacy - it won't work on anything in the normal store, even medicines.

You can buy packets of paracetamol, ibuprofen and aspirin at the pharmacy which are quite cheap.

    Hi,

I was wondering if there is anyone on here that shops in The Newton Abbott Tesco and finds the vouchers?

I have recently moved down here from Leicester and carn't find any. The staff don't even seem to know what I am talking about!
