It may be worth asking for the H & B leaflets as they are being stashed away as i found out today.
I could not find any hb leaflets on store or beauty ones .I asked the girl and she said they had been put away and were not going out as there is an offer on the back giving away a free bag if you bought the item as they didnt have the bags they are not putting the leaflets out as some people kicked off about it.
But she was very nice and asked me if I just wanted coupons and how many. I asked her for the beauty ones as well and she helped me tear the coupons out with a smile-what a help - used them on the jf serum and then the 2.50 off which made money. The cash girl spoilt it by checking and rechecking the items with a face like sucking lemons all day because id got a bargain.

I bought a small pack of ibuprofen (50p) and gave sa the 50pts coupon. It scanned (of course) and then the sa said, in quite a shirty manner,'Oh, then you're really getting this free aren't you?' 'Oh, I suppose I am - hadn't thought about it...' says suziewuzie! There seem to be a lot of different staff at this counter, so I keep trying when I see a different one. Not that I'm doing anything wrong, you understand. Just don't want any hassle about it. Haven't used the vits ones yet -don't fancy a garlic mountain.

sunbury tesco extra beauty consultant handing out H&B leaflets, one per person, as i asked for a few more i could see her grip on the leaflets tighten, "1 per customer only" the wicked witch cackled. Oh and to my suprise, tesco sunbury extra are not stocking the cheap garlic pills at the moment. so nothing to use the 50 pointer on, i'll pop to another tesco for those ha ha ha!!!!!!!!!!!(evil laugh)

I tried to do medicine off shelf but coupon would not scan so got points at cs. Also tried cough medcine off shelf and again coupon failed at pharmacy so cancelled and got one from pharmacy and it worked.

I managed to do my first H&B shop today, thanks to Curlylox:beer:.


When I queried at one of my locals if they had any H&B I was told they didn't have one of the offers on the leaflet so they had thrown them away!!!!! No wonder have not been able to find locally. On going to my other local which has a pharmacy I saw a couple of the torn out points coupons on the pharmacy counter and when I queried if they had any leaflets they had one left! When I queried on Saturday they had not even heard of them.

It just gets my goat when you meet people in the street saying they have flu lmao.
As you'll know if you have just had it, you cannot eat, stand, watch tv, read listen to any noise, even people talking quietly, in fact you can do nowt but lie in bed shivering withacute pain that goes right through to your very core for over a week and just crawl tothe loo. if it isn't like that, if you can talk or eat or watchtv, it aint flu lol.

Managed to get some HB in Swansea FF. BC said they were now working again on perfumes and they did!
