mmm was that aimed at me ? sorry to have annoyed you if it was, coupons, coupons, coupons

Not aimed at anyone at all.....although the hidden meaning was apparent to the right person......but dont ask.....

If you picked up two pieces of paper while walking into a Tesco store, and one had "voucher" written on it, and the other had "coupon" written on it...and Mr Tesco said...."hand your coupon in at my till, and i will give you £5."...which one would you hand in.........

Well theres your answer, THE WORD VOUCHER ISNT WRITTEN ONCE, ON ANY TESCO COUPON......but the word coupon is........so what are they

    They're Coupons

and if you dont call them that...you dont get many......aint that right?....you who didnt get many.......you know who you are..............

It gets funnier when those who didnt get any "vouchers"....pm me to see if i have any spare "coupons"...........

Edit....edited to add"lol"..............for those below with no sense of humour
    Couponing....."every little hurts"

Half of the people can be part right all of the time, Some of the people can be all right part of the time.
But all the people can't be all right all the time. .........I think Abraham Lincoln said that.

Didnt think there was a need to put a big "lol" at the bottom of the page, but obviously there was..................

obviously a poster that doesnt visit HB much...and doesnt read previous posts either.......otherwise you may have seen the humour.

  • Just found this thread - I have been missing out Boo Hoo. Seems as though lots of people have been saving or getting things for free this may be a good time to start though as new vouchers/coupons out Monday by the look of things.
So were do I start - looking at the first page it is very complicated on the use of coupons/ vouchers and what to get frrom Tescoes.
(Dont really want to spend lots of money like ive done on Amazon or Boots for things and then get money off as I can sometimes buy things I dont really want just for the money off. I am on a money saving crusade and really must control myself)
I thought the best plan is to go to the pharmacy and see if there is anything out should I ask for Cs or Vs or both?
Then wander up the beauty isles and see if there is anything there.
A quick look at the service desk should I ask them ?
Are there any other places they may have these Cs & Vs ?
I was going to go on my way to work at 7.00 am (do you think this is too easly for a Monday ) get what I could then check this site for how to use them . As I havent done this before not sure if this is the right thing to do - is the first post updated with the new stuff quickly or is it best to come to the end and see what every one else is doing ?
Any advice much appreciated - sounds as though you lot had fun stalking Tescos previously! as well as lots of goodies.

Apparently Rainbow stores were/are a Company run under the Anglia Regional Cooperative banner.....and have sold a few stores off recently....they have still got stores in Beccles, Bourne, Bradwell, Bungay, Cromer,
Halesworth, King's Lynn, Lowestoft(Carlton Colville), Market Deeping,Peterborough(Werrington)(Yaxley), Ramsey, St Ives, St Neots, Swaffham, and Wisbech...............all in the South East....so watch out for new Tescos appearing if you live in that region....
Already got a tesco in Beccles, they tried to get one in halesworth and were told to p**s off, so that would be good for mr t to buy out and existing store there cos he can then replace, no doubt bungay would get replaced too, not sure of lowestoft and bradwell as they have one already too, but he likes to take up every spot anyway so would probably get away with having another one. So many tesco's everywhere....... as long as they all keep taking the vouchers, oh no sorry coupons(he he he ;) ) I love it!
