Hi. Soon to be filing for bankruptcy, so have stopped all payments for the loans etc. But one particular bank are leaving messages for me at work, two or three times a day, and sometimes into the evening. Are they allowed to this? If its any help, I work in a care home for vulnerable adults. Any advice appreciated.

Hi, No they are not. When they did that to me, I complained to Trading Standards. Such calls could jeopardise one's employment. Trading Standards lodged a complaint with the (ethical) bank who was harrassing me and I got an apology. Insist that they remove your work number from their database.
Good luck.Sally Jo
