RBS Mortgage question

Hi guys
First time buyer got a couple of questions any help would be greatly appreciated.
We put In a full application 10 days ago. The valuation took place 3 days ago. The purchase price was 87500 and they valued the property at 87500 can this be a issue with the lenders?.
Does anybody know if all the credit checks and affordability checks have been done or will there be more checks carried out.
How long do you think it will take for them to give us the mortgage offer if all is well.
I have already paid conveyors to start searches so just want to make sure my broker was confident that we will get the mortgage offer in writing.

We are putting a 15% deposit down if that helps our income is 22k so It has took us a couple of years to save for the deposit and our experian credit file is clean never had any late payments or bankruptancy.

Thanks for any help

    Broker? RBS?

Since when did RBS start taking business from brokers?

Why are you not directing these questions at your broker?

Why would there be an issue with the valuer valuing the property at the purchase price???
