ANA
The prize consists of two return Economy Class tickets from London Heathrow to Tokyo Haneda.
Prize tickets are for flights on ANA (All Nippon Airways) only. The tickets cannot be used on code share flights.
Travel must originate in the UK from London Heathrow and must be completed by 30 April 2016. Ticket validity is not extendable.
Flight confirmation is subject to availability at the time of booking and blackout periods may apply. Once issued, tickets cannot be re-issued and date or routing changes are not permitted.
The prize and tickets are non-transferable and may not be re-routed. Passengers must travel together on all sectors of the itinerary.
ANA is responsible for the payment of all applicable taxes and service charges.
Tickets have no commercial value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Andaz Tokyo
Prize consists of three nights stay for two people at Andaz Tokyo in a twin or double room for two people sharing one room. Breakfast for two is included.
Any other incidental charges, for example room service, telephone call charges, mini bar etc, must be covered by the prize winner.
The Stay Voucher will be issued on the flight booking confirmation and it is valid for 6 months or until 30 April 2016, whichever is earlier.
The winner must coordinate the trip respectively to the availability of flight and accommodation.
Booking confirmation is subject to availability and may not available during the peak season. Please enquire upon booking.
InsideJapan Tours
Prize consists of airport transfer services, one day of private guiding in Tokyo, a transport card (Pasmo/Manaca or equivalent with 3000yen credit) and the InsideJapan Tokyo destination guide.
Airport transfer services include a private transfer from Haneda to Andaz Tokyo and a limousine bus voucher from Andaz Tokyo to the airport.
The prizes offered by InsideJapan Tours cannot be exchanged for a cash equivelent. You will be expected to pay any entrance fees and transport for you and the guide.
The winner must contact InsideJapan Tours at least 2 weeks before the departure date.
InsideJapan Tours would be able to tailor an add-on trip for the winners if they wish to extend their trip.
Heathrow Rewards
The winner and their guest must be over 18 years of age.
The prize does not include travel costs to and from the departure airports, travel insurance, visas, vaccinations, meals, ground transportation or any other costs of a personal nature not stated (including spending money) for the winner and their companion.
The prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated.
Winners must ensure that they have valid passports, visas, travel insurance and any relevant vaccinations at the time of travel. No responsibility will be taken if the winners are unable to travel due to insufficient documentation.
Compliance with any health or other government requirements is the responsibility of the winner. It is the responsibility of the winner to enquire about local issues and conditions at destinations before travel.
The prize must be taken on the dates stated within the competition terms and condition.
No purchase necessary.
Entry is open to Heathrow Rewards members aged 18 and over with a UK residential address.
This competition is not open to employees of All Nippon Airways, InsideJapan Tours, Hyatt Corporation or any companies, agencies, families and Heathrow Airport Limited employees directly connected with the creation and administration of this promotion.
The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Only one entry per member.
The closing date for entries is 30 April 2015. The judges cannot accept responsibility for late or lost entries. Entry cannot be accepted if all details are not provided.
The prize winners will be drawn at random from those entrants whose entries have reached Heathrow Airport Limited by the closing date.
The winners will be notified by email within 7 days of closing. If the prize is unclaimed by the initial winners drawn within fourteen days (14) days, no further draws will take place, as Heathrow Airport Limited's decision regarding selection of winners is final and there will be no further correspondence.
Any breach of these terms and conditions by an entrant will void their entry. Misrepresentative or fraudulent entries will invalidate an entry.
Heathrow Airport Limited reserve the right at any time to cancel, modify or supersede the competition (including altering prizes at an equivalent value) if, in Heathrow Airport Limited's sole discretion, a competition is not capable of being conducted as specified.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
