nationwide - no accountant

Applying for mortgage after my dip

It is asking for my accountant details. I don't use or need one

How do I proceed?

They like to make things bloody difficult

If it's a mandatory question, could you put your own details?

Just a guess, wait for one of the brokers to reply.

What happened to Loughborough BS and the direct deal that brokers could not match!

If you do not use a qualified accountant Nationwide should accept two years Sa302s (assuming the latest set are 2013/2014).

Key yourself in as your accountant.

I opted for thr nationwide 2 year fixed at 3.39% fix with 499 FTB fees and I bank with them.

I already submitted my Sa302s at dip stage which they accepted in 24 hours.

This higher rate STILL worked out slightly cheaper than the broker.

With comparison sites and Internet, there is no need for middlemen or salesmen. Please don't be bitter about it. I saved several hundred doing my own research.

Thanks re: accountant. Submitted application and received text 2 minutes later to book a valuation with the company. Excellent.
