I had 3 boxes turn up one day, my OH answered the door and as I was pregnant on maternity and bored assumed I'd been ordering baby things. It was actually a surprise win from heat. Over £500 of electrical hair styling goods. hairdryers, straighteners etc.

Most exciting unexpected win was about 2 weeks ago. My son gets a magazine and id entered the postal comp in it for him and he won. was lovely for him to get a toy in the post

Actual delivery would be a very nice pushchair that made a great gift for someone.

Best email was a late night email to inform of a trip to NY.Five days at the Westin plus $1K to spend in SAKS.

gosh, had quite a few over the years
hard to chose which one but think the first laptop I won
with no notification/p/work etc was one of the most expensive/unexpected ones I've won as it was one of the top recommended lappys on sale at the time :D
