Hi all, I have three codes I have saved to get the wife a spoon with her name on but they have all come from her fave cereal, ie crunchy nut granola and have just gone to enter the codes on teh site, however they are all invalid???

On reading closer, it says the codes are supposed to be 10 characters long but all three of my codes are only 9 characters??

Anyone else come across that?

You might be using the wrong code. I think some Kelloggs boxes also had some other code offer going on. Check the boxes again to see if there's a different code inside.


If that's the only code in the boxes. Take a note of them and email Kelloggs.

Thanks for that, had another look at the packaging and definitely its the only one. I was about to email them then though Ill tweet them and guess what they quickly replied and said to put a P in front of them, and they worked!

So, one surprise spoon ordered for the wife. :-)

I'd be grateful of any codes anyone won't use to get a spoon for my littlie

Just discovered that they've changed the offers on the boxes now. If anyone has two codes they can let me have my sons would be eternally grateful. I have 4 codes already but to get them both a spoon I'd need 6. They both have unusual names so never manage to have any personalised things like this.
