a mortgage with part time job?

hi all,
wanted some advice !!
i am a part time employed doctor working weekends nights 3days/week in which my monthly gross salary is £4000.
i need a mortgage for £22000 as i m moving home,as mine is sold and ltv is around 46%
how likely are my chances to get a mortgage??
and is it difficult to obtain one as i am in part time job? or is it quite straightforward?the main worry is i have just joined last month and have got only one salary slip?

does anyone know much struggle is to get a mortgage due to my part time employment ??as many websites says its harder to find a mortgage and if part time i need to show 6months salary slips??
is this all true??

I don't see why part-time would be an issue.

If you earn £48k a year, you earn £48k a year. Affordability for a £22k mortgage should be fine.

Shop around a bit more as there are lenders who will accept those who haven't yet started a job, never mind a month in, even in a probationary period.

    A broker could help.
