Hi..
Can anybody advise me on a ppi claim,
I am trying to get my old mortgage account number with l&g..but it was back in 1997 and I paid it through the natwest..
Natwest don't seem to be able to help..and the l&g. Said they can't do nothing without a account number.!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Why do you need a mortgage account number from L&G? Natwest are the lender, they have the mortgage account number. L&G are the insurer.

Natwest are only responsible for what they sell. If they didnt sell the L&G policy then they wouldnt be aware of it. L&G wouldnt be responsible unless it is one of their agents. So, who do you intend to complain to and why?
