Why don't you join Graham in his campaign for higher interest rates so younger people can pay more for their mortgages and get the trickle going in the right direction again?

    I might just do that....

I think the boy's well-meaning and trying hard to make sense. It doesn't help when people try to point out the basic errors in his logic by long posts or irony. Perhaps pictures with crayon would be better.

A small dose of 14% mortgage rates - if that's what he wants - wouldn't do any harm. But as you know, he's voting Labour in May. If they get in, then he won't need our help. This will happen without our help.

We must continue to be 'kind', though, because I'm sure it's not easy for him. Sitting there all day, on his little wooden stool, dribbling avidly out of both sides of his mouth (perhaps he is level headed after all) while he bangs out ever increasingly wacky ideas to please his loyal band of followers.

I would 'thank' him for it. Except that he seems to do that perfectly well on his own.

The dividend performance has been very good throughout - they might still be up.

Thought Tesco's had cancelled it's final dividend.
