Rightmove: Price Reduced 'Last 24 Hours' not appearing

I've reduced the price of my property today. It's now showing the updated price on my Rightmove listing.

When I search on Rightmove for properties added in the last 24 hours, it always brings up ones that have been reduced.

So my property is now showing on Rightmove as a price reduction, but it’s not showing in the ‘last 24 hours’ search results! Does this not happen for all properties? I was counting on it to come out on the property alerts again. :(

    Yes. Mine has done the same. Was reduced a week ago and the new price is showing on Rightmove but it didn't tigger a "Price Reduced"... I don't know why.

    So you're also didn't come up in the 'added in the last 24 hours' search? It's annoying because other price reductions are!

    Yes, mine hasn't either but loads of others have. I may bring this up with the agent when I speak to them next.

    I notice that with "SSTC" some come up as "new within 24" hrs whilst others don't. Could this all be due to how the EA updates their info?

    Hmmm I'm using housenetwork, an online agent, so it was me who changed the price on their portal which then feeds through and update Rightmove. So maybe it's something in how Rightmove receives the updates from estate agents?

    Hi there,
    My name is Alistair and I work at Rightmove, hoping I can help.
    If you can provide some more information about your property, I will be able to confirm the situation.
    So, if you don't mind sharing some info with me;
    - What was the size of the price reduction? (either absolute numbers, or as a %age change will be fine)
    - If you could share the web page for your property, or just confirm some details so I can identify it, it will help, in case there is any further investigation I need to do.

    I look forward to hearing from you.

    OP don't share anything with anyone - if Rightmove want to get an official rep on this board they can go through the correct process.

    It's OK it got sorted in the end. It only appears if it's more than a 2% reduction, which mine was, so Housenetwork spoke to Rightmove and it appeared. (and finally got our first viewing!)
