Tuition fee loan

I am currently halfway through doing a BSc (Hons) in Computing and IT with the Open University. I am on a low income and have got Cerebral Palsy so am on Higher Mobility DLA. However, because of the way I learn I can only do 1 module a year, thus I am no longer (as of the acamedic year 2014 / 15) eligible for financial support; I loged an appeal but I was turned down.
I got student loans from the Student Loans Company for the first three years of my degree which I don't have to pay back. However, for the next three the financial came direct from the OU.
I got told that the only way to finance the rest of my degree is to pay for it myself, which I managed to do for this module.
Then I got told I should investigate the Student Finance England route. After downloading the Grant form, I was told by the Open University (I had to get some info from them) I wasn't eligible as I am a transitional student and the only way to get grants is to take a year out!
Then I got told the only way I can get support for the rest of my degree is through the route of Tuition Fee Loans. Should I do this? Would I have to pay them back as I am on a low income?
