Oral B toothbrush heads

I have an Oral B toothbrush - with rectangular heads (which appear to be hard to obtain nowadays)
I wonder whether any other heads will fit my handle ?
ie) Are Oral B handles all the same - with only the heads being different ?

I'm pretty sure all Oral B heads are universal fitting.

I take it it's not decades old - this brush?

EDIT -but the Oral B ultrasonic brush heads are different to the oscillating ones.
    How to find a dentist.
    1. Get recommendations from friends/family/neighbours/etc.
    2. Once you have a short-list, VISIT the practices - dont just phone. Go on the pretext of getting a Practice Leaflet.
    3. Assess the helpfulness of the staff and the level of the facilities.
    4. Only book initial appointment when you find a place you are happy with.

I've been experiencing this with finding new heads for my Oral B Complete. All of the packs I've found in-store have been marked as non-compatible with the Complete.

In the end, I found some on Amazon. It's probably worth you looking on there if you have difficulty finding it elsewhere.

I use the round brushes with my oral b and found the asda own brand ones fit it perfectly and are a fraction of the price of the original oral b ones.

I've used Oral-B compatible toothbrush heads for the last couple of years now. The last set I bought was in January 2015 and cost me £6.50 (including p+p) for eight heads. I bought on eBay, and they come in packs of four and are labelled in German.
