Completed online process for DIP with my banks and decision referred...they want accountants certificate for primary emplyment. I am due to see the bank for the 3rd stage, so hopefully things can progress.

I have no loans or debt apart from student loan. I have been self emplyed for nearly 7 years. I have never used an accountant. I have 3 years sa302. Going my last 2 years sa302 which were needed, I am borrowing just over double my average net profit and havea 10% deposit. I am borrowing less than two thirds of what I could borrow, and less than the minimum threshold!

I am a ftb
