CCA Request - Hoist Portfolio Holding 2 Ltd

Hi
I hope someone can help me!
I am sending a CCA request to Hoist Portfolio Holding 2 Ltd enclosing a £1 Postal Order, however I am not sure who to make it payable too. I notice they are part of Robinson Way and looking on either website does not really give any information.
I would hate them to reject my request because of incorrect payment details, this is an old credit card taken out in 2002/03.

STOP :
When did you stop paying and when did you last pay.
If it is borderline Statute barred they will put the £1 on the account as a payment.
Yes they are not "supposed" to, but they do.I do Contracts, all day every day.0 -

OK. CCA request it is then. Send it payable to whoever you are paying token payments to. if they are acting as agent for another part of their group they have a legal duty to pass it on.Still rolling rolling rolling......
