1. By entering the free prize draw (the “Prize Draw”) you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. This Prize Draw is open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over, except for employees of the Arcadia Group, BHS Limited, Jet2holidays Limited, Jet2.com or any other company in the same group, their families, agencies or anyone else associated with this Prize Draw

3.1 Click on the “Win a holiday to Ibiza” application on Facebook at www.facebook.com/dorothyperkins and complete the entry form in full; or
3.2 Visit www.dorothyperkins.com/ibiza and complete the entry form in full.

4.Unless you tick the box on the online entry form to indicate that you do not wish to receive Dorothy Perkins news/promotions, you agree that your details, including but not limited to your email address, may be used to keep you informed about Dorothy Perkins promotions, products and news. 6. The Prize Draw opens at 09:00 GMT on Tuesday 3rd March 2015 and closes at 23:59 GMT on Tuesday 31st March 2015 (the “Closing Date”). Entries must not be sent in through agents or third parties. Late or incomplete entries will not be accepted.
7. In total there will be six winners of the Prize Draw: one First Prize Winner and five Runner-up Winners (as defined below). The First Prize Winner will be the first entry drawn at random on Wednesday 1st April 2015. The five Runner-up Winners will be the next five entries drawn at random on the same day.
8. All winners will be notified by the email address or telephone number provided on the entry form by no later than 17:00 GMT on Thursday 2nd April 2015. Dorothy Perkins’ decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. There are six prizes to be won: one First Prize and five Runner-up Prizes. The First Prize Winner will win the First Prize. Each of the five Runner-up Winners will win a Runner-up Prize.
