Did you apply direct to the Bank or via a broker?

We deal with Drs all the time and have just had a similar case.

are you trying to deal direct or via a broker?

We often get cases through with this Lender that clients have failed with on direct application.

we did it through broker but still no luck.
have u come cross cases like this successfully without sa032??
because few of our friends on the same boat got mortgage from the same lender & they weren't asked for this form.
so we just don't understand why we require this form?

If the broker has said the Lender needs the SA302s it will be because they will be required to evidence previous trading income.

Why can the Dr not simply submit the self assessment returns, obtain the SA302s from HMRC and return to the Broker with them to obtain the Lending required?
