Woolwich question

Hello
A significant proportion of my income is commission based. Had a browse at the woolwich intermediaries page and it lists commission at 50% and 100% for multiples with slightly different requirements for packaging. Are there lenders that would take commission as 100% income if I can show over the last three p60s that I have maintained a certain income?

Woolwich would not be a ideal route for this type of income - especially with recent changes to their criteria.

Other lenders are likely to be more generous.

Not a case you should be trying to place yourself.
