Can Anyone Recommend Somewhere in Edinburgh for Dental Implants?

The title says it all really. My DH has gum disease and will probably need implants in the near future, provided the bone will be able to take them! Can anyone recommend a good, presumably private, dentist who they would trust to do such a big job?
A friend has had some tooth re-alignment done at Cherrybank Dental Spa in Dundas Street, Edinburgh and she recommends them. However, I am not particularly re-assured - can you really expect to call your business a 'dental spa' and be taken seriously? Surely 'Spa' and 'Dental Treatment' are polar opposites!
Any advice would be much appreciated.
