Quick question relating to transferable personal allowances and pensions

My wife pays very little tax on her p/t employment, and pays her entire salary(taxable income less gross LGPS contributions, less 20%) into a SIPP thereby obtaining a 25% uplift courtesy of HM Government.
Now because I am a non-taxpayer, and intend transferring 10% of my Personal allowance to her from April meaning she will not be paying any tax whatsoever, does this impact in any way on her pension contributions?
Just looking for confirmation on this, thanks.

As she is using a SIPP - ie Relief at Source pension - no it will not impact in any way.0
