Can you help me please find the cheapest (but branded) protein supplement in bulk? Whey is my preference and I would like to buy 3-5kg or more. Is there a price comparison website or something? Or maybe coupons available or any offer?

Many of the suppliers offer discounts/money off via email.
I don't know why you will only consider branded products which by definition you will pay a premium for. 5Kg packs are about the largest size available from most of these places. They sell in zip packs but do also sell plastic tubs. The myprotein screw top tubs are fairly good for some uses whereas the press closed square tubs are better for other things which I use mainly for protein powders. It largely depends upon your cupboards and where you intend storing them and their dimensions.
These are what I have, I use the top ones mainly.

myprotein.com very recently had lots of offers on loads of their products with some big discounts.
Topcashback and quidco offer decent cashback on some of these, mainly the first two, but often decline payment if any email coupons are used.0
