How can the train be always disrupted in London

Signalling problem (signal shows as red all the time).
Takes workmen extra 30 mins to arrive because of a road traffic collision.
They don't have blue lights, so potentially hundreds of thousands of people could be delayed, all because the workmen aren't sat at the trackside waiting.
London has a higher population of railways as well as people so statistically speaking, will have more delays than elsewhere.

If you want a better service you'll have to pay for it through increased ticket prices - which a lot of people can't afford / don't want.
Can't have it both ways. What will your verse be?

I've experienced quite a few train systems across the world and the Japanese one is best, but is quite expensive. It's so reliable (so I've heard) that if it's more than 5 minutes late the conductor will give you a note to give to your boss as proof
I think the UK has a long way to go.
